Schaffer Team

I have known Marianne as a real estate investor and property management business owner for several years. I have found her to be honest, open, hard working, and knowledgeable. She is pleasant to work with and knows how to get the job done without minutia getting in the way. She does what she says she will do. I highly recommend Marianne Schaffer.

Marianne has been a great help in finding a bigger home for our family. We had a pretty large and very specific list of needs that I honestly didn't think could be met but she was quick to find several properties that met our expectations and were within our budget. She was quick to respond to communications and we were never left feeling like we were anything but her first priority. I recommend her to anyone in need of a realtor who is willing to put in the leg work to find their family the perfect home.

I rented an office from Marianne. She was awesome to work with. She was very responsive and pleasant to work with and treated us like friends. She appreciated our business and was always responsive to our needs. I highly recommend working with Marianne!

Marianne did an excellent job helping me sell my old condo and purchase a new home in a very competitive market. She found a home for me in an area I hadn't even been aware of, but was an excellent fit for my family. I can't thank her enough!

Marianne helped me sell my condo and purchase a home in a very competitive market in 2004. She got an unexpectedly good price on the sale of my condo and she found a home for me in an area I would not otherwise have been aware of, but was a perfect fit for out family. I can't thank her enough for her help, time, and commitment.

We were very impressed with Marianne! We found her to be reliable, hard working informative and fun to work with. Throughout the process, she always had our best interest in mind and we look forward to working with her again in the future. she was the best!!!

We rented a home at avery ranch area,The houses she picked for us were very much satisfying our criteria in that way we had to look around less number of houses .She was very much particular about the detail information about the property which also helped us to choose the best for us.Over all we had good experience BEST OFF LUCK

Marianne is incredibly responsive, whether its a call at 8:30am or an email at 10pm she is always available and very helpful. I have nothing but positive experiences from working with her.

Marianne was an absolute pleasure to work with!! Took time with us to show us seveal comps in our neighborhood. Explained how prices are based on price per square foot and how our home compares. She responded very quickly whevever my wife or I had a question. Either via text, phone call or email if it was after hours. We agreed on a list price and was met with a lot of showings within the week. Marianne helped us sell our home within the time frame that we wanted for just below asking price. The fact that we were selling so close to the holidays we take the blame for excepting a small reduction in price. All in all we would highly reccommed working w...

Marianne helped us buy our first house. She walked us through every step of the process, and even now almost a year later when ever I have the occasional question pop up she is still there for us. She is all about making the customer comfortable and happy. Thank you Marianne! We look forward to working with you in the future!
